All of our tours are led exclusively by authorized and internationally certified ski and mountain guides. We all have one thing in common, our enthusiasm for rock and snow. And it is precisely this enthusiasm that we look to share with our customers.
Consultation and Information
Personal consultation is often the best way to answer all of your questions. Brigitte and Kathrin respond to e-mails, and are also responsible for overall organization at Mountain Sports Alpine. We can be reached on regular workdays between 9am and 6pm at +43 664 3120266.
Risk Management
There is no such thing as absolute safety when it comes to mountaineering. Your mountain guide will always make conscientious decisions to the best of their knowledge, but it is still impossible to exclude every potential risk. This is also why it is vital that each participant accurately evaluate their own capabilities, in order to ensure, as much as is possible, an accident-free tour.
Group Size
In order to offer best-possible safety and service, our offers are restricted to a minimum and maximum group size. Exceptions are made on occasion for groups whose participants already know one another.
Equipment
When you get your booking confirmation, you will also receive a detailed equipment list. On request, we are also able to supply pieces of equipment at no charge, including avalanche locator devices and transponders, shovels or, in summer, crampons, mountaineering axes and hip harnesses. if you should require any such equipment, please notify us well in advance.
Rental Gear
Both summer and winter, we can rent you top-quality outdoors equipment. Our ski-touring set, for example, consists of: touring skis with adhesive skins, ski poles, ski stoppers, ski crampons and Scarpa ski-touring shoes, for € 25. We rent out functional snowshoes with poles for as little as € 15 per day. Freeride skis are available from € 25 per day. In summer, we rent out via ferrata equipment sets: Petzl equipment set with helmet for € 15 per day.
